They are not liable for any loss to business or reputation, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise out of use or inability to use the JEP.

 

Nothing contained in or related to these terms and conditions shall be construed to waive any of the privileges and immunities of JE or the portal´s technical, contentual, or financial providers and supporters.

 

By accessing and/or using the portal, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. They, in particular,

  • ·    do not enable or allow others to access or use content, which is reserved to prior registration on the portal.

 

By registering on the portal, users agree to any access or disclosure of information about them or their use of the portal and its related services. JE is entitled to terminate registration and related publication in case of

  • ·         breach of any provisions of these terms by the user,
  • ·         requirement by law,
  • ·         discontinuation of the portal in whole or in part.

 

By submitting information or feedback via the portal, senders agree to its utilization and publication by JE.
